Mad Batter Co’s Sugar-Free Bibingka Cheesecake is a Filipino Christmas treat with a twist. Only available this December, the bakery uses pure coconut milk and fills the tarts with queso de bola, then tops each with salted egg and more grated cheese.

Hey Pie People
Year-round, Hey Pie People has been whipping up new, limited flavors each week, such as Black Cherry Raspberry, Double Chocolate Pudding, Black Forest, Mango Manchego, and Avocado. For the holidays, the new flavors Peppermint Mocha and White Christmas Cranberry take center stage.

The Wholesome Table
Both gluten-free, like all of their desserts, The Wholesome Table bakes holiday chocolate cakes and carrot cakes. The latter uses carrots sourced locally and includes cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts, muscovado, and cinnamon.

M Bakery
The famous New York bakery, also known as Magnolia Bakery, arrived in Manila in 2018. Although they’re most known for their banana pudding, they bake a wide variety of cupcakes, leaves, and pies. For the holidays, the bakery’s Bottle Brush Tree Cake is available in vanilla or chocolate and can be iced in either pastel blue or pink.

Buttery & Co.’s holiday menu includes their best sellers, Buttery Puff (puff pastry with cheese) and Chicken Puff Pie. Meanwhile, the Ube Cheese Rolls and Tres Leches Cake are available for a limited time, created especially for the festive season.
