The lavish ceremony in Rome involved five outfit changes for the royal bride in total.

The niece of the late Princess Diana, Lady Kitty Spencer, has tied the knot with millionaire fashion tycoon Michael Lewis in a black-tie ceremony at Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati, Italy.
Spencer, 30, exchanged vows with Lewis, 62, never publicly announced their engagement or spoken much about their relationship. But the wedding came just a mere month after the royal was seen with a large diamond ring on her engagement finger at a London event.
Much of the wedding details were also not revealed to the public, but photos Spencer shared on Instagram showed her in a stunning custom Victorian-inspired lace Dolce and Gabbana gown and a lengthy train. She described it as the “dress of dreams.”
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart Domenico and Stefano for creating a gown beyond my wildest dreams for the most important day of my life,” she wrote. “There are no words that could ever express my gratitude.”
She completed the look with a low bun as well as simple but radiant makeup.
Her brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp, and Samuel Aitken walked her down the aisle.
Spencer, a Storm Management-represented model by profession, also wore four other custom handmade gowns post-wedding, “each celebrating the beauty of the bride and the absolute joy of the occasion.”
Among the dresses was a short-sleeved number with pink floral detailing and a flowing hemline.
The South African groom, whose net worth is £80 million and is five years older than Spencer’s father Charles, opted for a white tuxedo.
Guests who witnessed the wedding include: the bride’s sisters, twins Eliza and Amelia; Viscountess Emma Weymouth and her husband Ceawlin Thynn; the Marquess of Bath, socialite and DJ Marjorie Gubelmann; fashion designer Jade Holland Cooper; pop star Pixie Lott and her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire; Idris Elba’s wife, Sabrina; Made In Chelsea star Mark Vandelli; and Elon Musk’s mother, Maye.
Lewis’s three adult children from a previous marriage were also present.
Prince William and Prince Harry, meanwhile, were not in attendance, likely due to rising COVID-19 cases in the UK and the US, respectively. The bride’s father was also not spotted at the ceremony.
It is currently unknown whether Spencer will convert to her husband’s faith, Judaism, or where the couple will settle down.
