This Poblacion spot stays true to their Neo-Filipino identity with a six-course Valentine’s menu of contemporary yet familiar flavors. Dishes such as the aligue-rich Montaditos and Cochinillo all go down well especially when paired with a sparkling bottle of Chandon Brit Rosé.

Mirèio

For those looking for a more urban backdrop, Mireio at Raffles Makati offers a five-course dinner backdropped by the Makati skyline. The menu showcases Mireio’s French and continental chops in their dishes. Tuna carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette, mushroom and foie gras raviolis, and Wagyu beef tenderloin with compressed potato tossed in aged parmesan and red wine sauce are among its highlights. Aburi Beef Sushi with Uni and Ikura

If Sakura’s standard Japanese fare isn’t enough to entice you, their Miyazaki Gyu Beef Festival might just change your mind. The February-long special menu is filled with savory and juicy dishes that show off the flavors of prestigious Miyazaki Wagyu. Ever the creative culinary mind, Chele Gonzalez also takes a meaty turn for his Valentine’s menu. Gallery’s Valentine Wagyu Set features a Josper oven-grilled Wagyu MB9 Tenderloin as its main dish. Along with the meat, the set comes with Kare-Kare bonbon made with peanut praline, beef cheeks, and bagoong mayo; tiger prawn cocktail salad, and two slices of burnt Basque cheesecake. This Spanish spot in Poblacion offers a vibrant menu that patrons can indulge in for their dinner out or even at home.
