Tiffany & Co. Unveils New Store Featuring a Journey On Its History

Referencing its Fifth Avenue flagship store, Tiffany & Co. unveils its third store at Greenbelt 4. It is the first standalone store outside Rustan’s that will elevate the shopping experience in the country. The dramatic facade and elegant interiors render the brand’s history and reputation for crafting the most exquisite jewelry. Made famous by Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the new store features an extensive collection like Bird on the Rock.

Dramatic façade and interiors

Upon entering the store, a Ricardo chandelier attracts attention from loyal clients and visitors. The glass rods on the side take inspiration from the archival favrile glass of Louis Comfort Tiffany. This is an ode to the Art Noveau and Aesthetic movements in the design history of the brand. The off-white and pale grey walls of the store accentuate the jewelry displayed. Four display towers surround this glass-and-chrome vitrine in the center. On either side of the store are other jewelry pieces encased in glasses.

The most interesting decor is the beautiful vignette on one side of the blue fabric wall. It features black and white photos from the company’s archive. It includes photos of Tiffany’s iconic jewelry, New York City, and Hollywood icon Audrey Hepburn who has been associated with the brand. These photos offer a nostalgic visual journey on the rich history of the company.

Exquisite creations

Tiffany’s Country Manager Mario Katigbak shares that unlike in Rustan’s boutiques, the Greenbelt store will feature other high jewelry. “At Rustan’s, they could do only mostly silver jewelry and engagement rings,” he says. The stones are what sells the most. “The market is very ready. It’s more sophisticated and ready to appreciate the quality of the stones, more than just the design,” he explains.

Among the precious stones on sale is the Bird on Rock. It consists of an exquisite array of diamonds on top of a morganite. The store also features new interpretations of iconic collections. This includes Tiffany HardWear, EveTiffany Victoria®, and Tiffany Bow. Apart from jewelry, different home decor will also be available. The collection shows the brand’s modern take on creativity by combining the finest materials.

Tiffany & Co. store is located at Greenbelt 4, Ayala Center, Makati City.
