Gucci’s former London headquarters, when Tom Ford helmed the brand from 1994 to 2004, is now on sale as a private residential mansion.
The massive 12,621 sq ft Neoclassical property hits the Market for £55 Million ($66.6 million), featuring four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool, a conservatory, and spa facilities.

“The former Gucci mansion, the brand’s global HQ, is now Mayfair’s finest house currently for sale or let,” Gary Hersham, founding director of Beauchamp Estates, who are representing the listing, says in a statement. “It is here that Tom Ford and [former CEO] Domenico De Sole entertained Alexander McQueen, Anna Wintour, and [French billionaire entrepreneur] François Pinault.
Located in the upscale Mayfair neighborhood of London, the property is also available as a £40,000 ($48,400) per week rental. Built between 1769 and 1772, it was once the home of British statesman Lord Brougham, who hosted Queen Victoria and Arthur Wellesley, the 1st Duke of Wellington.
Immaculately dressed
It’s the first time the property with 20 ft ceilings is listed after being extensively refurbished by the architects of Donald Insall Associates. The firm has handled several historic building restorations, such as the Windsor Castle, Birmingham Botanical Gardens, and the Church of St. Luke in Liverpool.
Despite the property’s modern features like an elevator and automated security, its neoclassical design is preserved. According to the listing, the original Georgian fireplaces, parquet floors, and high windows are in place.
