The Asia’s 50 Best Bars Academy has again recognized Makati’s The Curator Coffee & Cocktails and OTO as among the best drinking spots on the continent.

In anticipation of the Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022 list to be revealed on April 28, the Academy released the extended 51 to 100 list.
The Curator and Oto ranked consecutively in the respective 62nd and 63rd spots.
Both establishments have since posted stories on social media to recognize their achievement.
Previously, The Curator has been featured on Asia’s 50 Best Bars starting 2016, while OTO was included in 2019 and 2021. In fact, the former is a mainstay of the list every year since it was established, peaking at 16th during its debut.
On one hand, the Curator is known as a specialty coffee shop and craft cocktail bar. On the other hand, OTO is recognized for its music concept.
The Asia’s 50 Best Bars Academy comprises 220 members selected from drink writers, educators, bartenders, and cocktails aficionados to provide their expert opinion of the continent’s bar scene.
Asia has been divided into seven voting regions to provide a fair representation of its bar landscape.
The Curator can be found at 134 Legazpi Street, Legazpi Village, and OTO is located at 5880 Enriquez Street, Poblacion.
