Wynn Las Vegas is partnering with Domain H. William Harlan for an exclusive wine dinner series this fall.
The luxury hotel and casino will sample the most premium labels of Napa Valley’s family winegrowing endeavor. Namely, these are Harlan Estate, BOND, and Promontory.
Moreover, attendees will experience specially curated menus from Wynn Las Vegas chefs.
The dinner series will include three dining experiences on September 10 (Harlan Estate), October 15 (BOND), and November 12 (Promontory).
A key figure from Domain H. William Harlan and a Wynn executive chef will host each of the three dinners.
Multicourse experience
The three multicourse dinners each cost $10,000 per guest, with a limit of only 20 people per experience. These will all take place in a unique setting at Wynn Las Vegas.
The September 10 menu, for example, includes a seafood trio appetizer, Sheep’s Milk Ricotta Ravioli with shaved white truffle and parmesan, Pain de Mie-Crusted Wild Turbot Filet with braised leeks and beurre rouge sauce, Boneless Quail with wild mushrooms, a tasting of Japanese Kobe Beef alongside black truffle whipped potatoes, and Speculoos Tart with plum, blackberries, and vanilla cream.
Guests will also gain immediate membership to the featured winery’s wine club, skipping existing waitlists altogether.
“The goal is to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences that include access to specially selected wines direct from each of the three estates’ wines libraries. Since each dinner is dedicated to only one of the wineries, each event is truly one-of-a-kind,” Wynn Las Vegas executive director of wines Brian Weitzman told Forbes.
