For Lifestyle Asia, luxurious living is not only about affluence but about one’s positive impact over other people’s lives. This October, we honor this power and influence of distinguished people across different industries. To celebrate, the team flew out of the country to host a series of exclusive experiences in Bangkok. Bringing this endeavor to life, the team partnered with One Siam, ICONSIAM, and The Residences at Mandarin Oriental. Together, they indulged the guests with the best treatment they deserve, redefining the luxe experience.

By invitation only

Like the previous RSVPs of Lifestyle Asia, only selected guests were invited to fly to Bangkok. From carefully handwritten invitations, the VIP lane at Philippine Airlines and Thai Airways, to the gifts from La Mer and One Siam, the welcome treatment had them in the best indulgent mood for the duration of the multiple celebrations.

Staying at the five-star Siam Kempinski hotel had guests basking in its top-notch, world-class facilities, such as the private terrace overlooking the expansive lush garden of the hotel. The special treatment of the hotel to the VIP guests was only the beginning in Bangkok, as it was followed by the exclusive cocktails at Siam Paragon and the chauffeured service of Mercedes-Benz to the opulent welcome dinner at Waldorf Astoria. The evening was filled with stirring conversations, animating music, and lots of dancing, which just a taste of the memorable experiences throughout the memorable day.

The premium experiences

On the morning of the second day, guests were chauffeured to ICONSIAM that houses numerous international luxurious brands. A few of them prepared special activities to the guests like live sketching of their portraits, a quick workshop on the art of packing, and feasting on canapes and cocktails. A personal concierge followed them for the entire experience, attending to their needs, and guiding them on their trip. Golf carts were also made available to escort them from one place to another in ICONSIAM, allowing them to see only the best of arts, culture, lifestyle, and dining options they can experience.

For lunch, Lifestyle Asia partnered with ICONSIAM’s Lay Lao to exclusively reserve the place for the honored guests. Serving ISAAN classics and the freshest bounty of seafood, the Michelin Guide Bangkok and Bib Gourmand awardee had everyone indulging in a variety of delectable and delightful courses. The flavors of the Northeastern region of Thailand characterized the spread of Lay Lao, surprising each guest’s palate with spicy, salty, sour, and sweet profiles.

From their departure from Manila and arrival back home, they experienced only the best from Lifestyle Asia and its official partners in Thailand. Every moment is memorable, reiterating the joy that comes in taking luxury living to greater heights.
