Remember Her Name: K-Drama Star So-Hee Han is Named an Omega Global Ambassador - Lifestyle Asia

She joins the likes of Kaia Gerber, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Liu Shishi.

One of South Korea’s most talented leading ladies, So-Hee Han, is joining Omega’s distinguished list of global ambassadors.

The actress and model is a rising star in the world of entertainment and already has numerous achievements to her name. She now steps out in front of the camera wearing Omega’s most elegant watches.

Born in 1994, the 27-year-old began her career as a supporting character in several television series, including Money Flower (2017), 100 Days My Prince (2018), and Abyss (2019).

As her reputation began to grow, she quickly transitioned into lead roles including the JTBC series The World of the Married (2020), where she played the villainous yet charming character Yeo Da-kyung. This led to more critical recognition and further roles in Nevertheless (2021), and the Netflix-produced My Name (2021).  

Her next appearance is set to be the drama Gyeongseong Creature, which is scheduled to air in 2023.

“I really admire Omega for its renowned history in watchmaking, especially when it comes to women’s timepieces,” Han says. “It’s quite an honor to wear that beauty and precision on my wrist and share the brand with so many fans around the world.”

Omega loves the commitment that Han brings to her craft. Her charisma and captivating appearance match the brand’s striking timepieces, while her excellence in acting is thought to be both inspiring and powerful.

“We’ve been so impressed by So-Hee Han’s career and personality,” Omega president and CEO Raynald Aeschlimann. “She represents many of the fine qualities that we value, and we’re very pleased that she’s taken the step to join our brand.”

Omega is looking forward to working further with his special South Korean actress. She joins the brand’s universe of female talent which already includes other names such as Cindy Crawford, Nicole Kidman, Kaia Gerber, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Liu Shishi.
