Thankfully, more restaurants are adjusting to the new normal so you can now safely revisit them. One such is Discovery Primea’s Tapenade, as it returns with a new menu and protocols, allowing guests to rediscover their favorite Mediterranean dishes in a safe and relaxing space.
Savoring rich flavors
Along with the reopening, you can expect to try new stone-baked pizza like the U.S. Beef Short Ribs. Roasted tomato sauce drizzles over a bed of tender meat together with mozzarella and parmesan sauce. For seafood lovers, your new favorite will be Smoked Salmon while for fans of pizza with a kick of spice, you can try the Asian Pork Belly. You can marvel at its medley of savory and spicy profiles from the delightful mix of Asian barbecue sauce, pickled red onions, fresh chili, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
Beyond these fresh flavors, loyal diners can still enjoy Tapenade’s authentic Mediterranean. Its signatures include Shrimps En Gabardina and Wagyu & Beef Mushroom Paella. The latter comes in mixed with black pepper aioli and served with pan-fried rice, satisfying your appetite for heavy dishes. Of course, Tapenade couldn’t forget connoisseurs for grilled selections—U.S. Lamb Chops Scottadita and Mediterranean Beef Kebab remain on the menu.
Innovations to keep safe
Safety is everyone’s priority right now, and so, Discovery Primea is not one to get behind. The team has been re-evaluating their health standards before opening their restaurant in September. So, how does a dine-in experience in Tapenade look like? Before guests enter the hotel, you will undergo standard body temperature checks. Upon entering the restaurant, you will see every staff clad in protective equipment like face masks, face shields, and a set of gloves. As you take a seat and order, you will receive a QR code to browse the menu. There are acrylic dividers for tables for two and floor markers to guide you in social distancing from others and tables. Of course, as a guest, you must follow hygienic practices as well to keep everyone safe. With all these changes in place, you can be assured your dining experience will remain delightful.
