The former model-actress may be known for playing the superheroine Darna. But she also showed her intellectual prowess when she graduated summa cum laude with her degrees in finance and entrepreneurship from Babson College in Massachusetts.

Although Medved doesn’t fit the expectations of a typical Filipino-Chinese family that favors wives who shun publicity, the couple’s love toppled all the criticisms.

At present, as Po focuses on the family business, Medved does philanthropy work through Generation Hope that landed her on Forbes’ Heroes of Philanthropy in 2017.
