Okada Manila joins the exclusive club of resorts that hold a Forbes five-star rating, the highest accolade for any hotel
Okada has plenty of reason to celebrate as they ring in the start of the new decade with the highest of honors. Asia’s largest ultra-luxury integrated resort just received a prestigious five-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide’s 2020 Star Awards.
Forbes Travel Guide, as you may know, is the only global rating system for luxury hotels, restaurants, and spas and the only way to get a Five-Star rating is through anonymous professional inspectors who base their evaluations on up to 900 objective standards.
“We are delighted and extremely honored to receive the highest accolade in the hospitality industry and join the league of the finest hotels in the world. We aim to continue on this path of excellence,” shares Okada Manila President and Co-Vice Chairman Takashi Oya.
Thrilled by their new Forbes five-star rating, Okada Manila, also known as “Manila’s grand icon,” has already been gaining widespread popularity as a prime entertainment and hospitality destination in the region.
Their 44-hectare oceanfront location consists of an indoor beach club, acclaimed accommodations, 13 fine dining restaurants, diverse selection of retail stores, world-class spas, and ultra-luxury multi-bedroom villas which allow guests to experience one of the largest Forbes 5 Star Integrated Resorts in the world.
“This award is a reflection of the amazing passion and dedication of all our team members who provide exceptional guest experiences to everyone who walks into our doors day in and day out. We are very proud that the entire hotel received the Forbes 5 Star Award,” adds Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations Ivaylo S. Ivanov.
