Lifestyle Asia’s The Musical Gala at Valkyrie

When invitations to the Lifestyle Asia Gala were sent, many were surprised to find out that the event was going to be held at Valkyrie, Megaworld’s premier nightclub located at The Palace Compound. The unexpected venue was transformed into a magnificent ballroom reminiscent of the Met Gala in New York. Tuxedoed gentlemen and women in their finest gowns and jewelry were ushered to their tables in multi-level platforms decked in flora and fauna by Robert Blanncaflor. Guests dined on Cravings’ Chef Sau del Rosario and Pastry Chef Christine Paredes’ five-course menu inspired by Broadway musicals. Joe Chan kicked off the evening’s performances with an original song he collaborated with Lifestyle Asia’s editor-in-chief Anna Sobrepeña. While guests were enjoying their Moet & Chandon, Hennessy VSOP, Glenmorangie, and Terrazas.

Gifts from Swarovski, La Contessa and Lindt were the perfect endings for a memorable evening. Special thanks to Megaworld, The Zen Institute, Lexus and LG for making the 28th Anniversary celebration of Lifestyle Asia a success.
