The 28-piece range, which includes hoodies, jackets, coats, and bags, feeds “into a sustainable recycling process to give them a new life as wearable objects.” Given the German luxury car manufacturer makes sleek vehicles, the same design principles are seen in the collection.
Only minimalist tones, like muted whites, blacks, and gray, were used. Founded in 2018, ActeTM is helmed by Sascha Huth and Philipp Groth. The group describes itself as a creative direction practice that births everything from images to spaces and garments to films.
The capsule will be unveiled on September 5, during “Mercedes-Benz Creators Night” at Berlin’s Telegraphenamt venue.
