Indulge in a variety of scrumptious cuisines

The premier steakhouse takes patrons on a global gastronomic feast with their New York and Tokyo-inspired menu. For lovers of American cuisine, The Taste of New York features a set course of a 400-gram serving of the steakhouse’s signature USDA Prime dry-aged sirloin, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and a slice of New York-style cheesecake for a sweet finish. For Japanese cuisine enthusiasts, The Taste of Tokyo takes you to the capital of the Land of the Rising Sun with its Japanese-style Katsu Steak Sandwich. It consists of perfectly cooked USDA Prime filet mignon cutlets served with a glass of fine Iwai blended whiskey or the cult favorite beer, Sapporo.

If you are looking for something salty to suit your taste buds, the menu includes an assortment of seafood—from fresh oysters to Seafood Taster consisting of Tuna Tartar, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, and Lobster Salad to Wolfgang’s signature steaks and sliders. If you want a lighter course you can nibble on, a parmesan-topped dish of Truffle fries and crostini selection are available. You can choose among variations of steak, salmon, tuna, and crabmeat.
