Evangelista is a trendsetter—and there are numbers to prove it.
Launchmetrics has reported that Heart Evangelista is one of the most influential celebrities who attended Haute Couture Week in Paris.
The data and technology company used its media impact value (MIV) as the basis of its ranking.
MIV “analyzes more than 100 quantitative and qualitative attributes including audience engagement, industry relevance, source authority, and content quality, to create a highly accurate method of measurement.”
Evangelista ranked third with around $1.4 million MIV, falling only behind Kim Kardashian (around $2 million MIV) and Chiara Ferragni (around $1.5 million MIV).
She even beat out the likes of Kris Jenner, Leonie Hanne, Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid, Jojo Maronttinni, Yara Alnamlah, and Maja Malnar—who comprised the rest of the list.
The fashionista has since reacted to the news with a face holding back tears emoji.
During Haute Couture Week 2022 held between July 4 to 7, Evangelista attended shows from Dior to Fendi in a multitude of styles and silhouettes.
Her Paris wardrobe even included Filipino fashion from designers like Neric Beltran, Mark Bumgarner, and Cheetah Rivera.
On the radar
Previously, Evangelista made Forbes France’s list of the “top 10 luxury influencers” in November 2020. She was the only Filipino to achieve the feat, claiming the 10th spot.
The said list was also based on Launchmetrics’ algorithm.
Ipsos similarly listed Evangelista among its “10 top influencers in fashion week” ranking in 2019.
