These are probably the strongest devices yet in the Galaxy.
Samsung revealed its newest flagship devices during the Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event.

The Galaxy S22 and Tab S8 series (base, plus, and ultra) of smartphones and tablets pack Samsung’s strongest cameras and displays. All of these are the first Galaxy devices to use a 4 nm processor.
Galaxy S22 Series
The new smartphone series contains what Samsung describes as its “most intelligent camera,” that has “Nightography” features. This pro-grade camera is powered by a sensor 23 percent larger than the previous generation. Moreover, all S22 smartphones include 10-megapixel (MP) front, 12 MP ultra-wide, 50 MP wide, and 10 MP telephoto cameras.
Only the Galaxy S22 Ultra, however, combines the same pro-grade camera and performance of the S series with the power of the Note series. It is the first S series device to have a built-in S Pen said to be Samsung’s fastest and most responsive.

That’s why we focused on designing our latest S series devices with groundbreaking camera capabilities that work day and night, powered by our best mobile performance yet,” explains TM Roh, President and Head of Samsung Electronics’ MX (Mobile eXperience) Business.

Galaxy Tab S8 Series
Meanwhile, the new tablet series features the Tab S lineup’s thinnest bezels. It has innovations like dual ultra-wide front cameras and the S Pen said to be Samsung’s lowest-latency and most lifelike.
The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, in particular, has the largest (14.6-inch) Super AMOLED display in the Tab S series.
“As we rely more on videos to stay connected and entertained, we know that a tablet’s most compelling feature is its large screen and portability. We built on years of innovation in mobile experiences to refine the Galaxy Tab S8 series, and to push the boundaries of what’s possible on a tablet with the first Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra,” Roh expounds.

The Galaxy S22 series will be widely available starting on February 25. The Galaxy Tab S8 series will be available for pre-order beginning February 9 before officially launching on February 25 in select markets.
