The Future of Food and Fitness - LA Lives

Lifestyle Asia has recently released “Millennials. Travel. Entertaining,” a coffee table book inspired by a “curated Instagram feed”. We have curated photographs of outstanding travel stories, the most exemplary parties in town, and millennials who are making a difference in the world through the lives they chose to live.

The third chapter of the book focuses on millennials promoting health or changing the taste of the food industry through their careers. Those under the fitness section are individuals who are dedicated in encouraging clean and healthy lifestyles. They inspire other young people to achieve the best version of themselves. On the other hand, Manila’s young foodies are changing the scape of the Philippines with every new food concept they bring to life. They are forging the path towards an improved culture in the country, one where good food is abundant.
