Luxe Sunday Brunch at Mirèio
Step out for Sunday brunch at Mirèio with the family. Executive Chef Anne-Cecile Degenne and Mirèio Chef De Cuisine Herve Clair are whipping up the menu, which will include live-cooking stations, continental cuisine, and French favorites from the countryside region of Provence. The midday meal will be a sinful (but welcome) affair, especially with the live-carving Wagyu beef, roasted porchetta and lamb stations to indulge in. For those looking for the fresh flavors of the sea, the restaurant will be offering lobster, tiger prawns, crabs, and a variety of clams and mussels. Another seafood offering is the delectably tender smoked salmon.
You will surely find us enjoying some risotto come Sunday morning, which chefs will be making on the spot with porcini, truffles, and aged parmesan. In addition, there will be a well-curated grazing table decked out with cheeses from regions around Europe. You can also expect charcuterie, homemade terrine, and antipasti. Before an afternoon of deep hibernation, never forget that there’s always room for dessert. Try the brasserie’s selection of fine desserts, such as dark chocolate Black Emperor cake, classic lavender crème crule, pistachio and raspberry religieuse, fruit calamansi meringue éclair, and a never ending amount of macarons.
Experience the lavish Luxe Sunday Brunch Buffet with family at PHP 2,450 per person, from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. Unlimited soft drinks, refreshing juice, local beers, red and white wine, and selected cocktails can be enjoyed with an additional PHP 895. Pair the Sunday Brunch Buffet with limitless Taittinger Champagne with an additional PHP 1,288.

Golden Hour at Mirèio Terrace
Soak in the summer sun (and countless alcoholic beverages) during Raffles Makati’s Golden Hour at Mirèio Terrace from 5 PM to 8 PM, daily. The unlimited happy hour session is only priced at PHP 895 and promises cold summer drinks with a view of Makati’s skyline at dusk. From select red, white and rosé wines to cool cocktail concoctions such as the Aperol Spritz and the very millennial Frozé, there are options for everyone. There is even a gin bar for those looking to indulge in their own G&T mixtures. An expert mixologist will be on hand to help you create your preferred gin mix. On Fridays, the Terrace at Mirèio brings out their musical delights as well. The night’s sky is filled with upbeat tunes by celebrity DJ Cocoy Puyat, who will be using old-school vinyl to play to the crowd.
