Attention architects and designers of the Philippines! Luxury kitchen and appliance brands, Sub-Zero and Wolf, are inviting you to participate in their annual Kitchen Design Contest, a highly-regarded competition they have been holding for more than 25 years. Trade professionals from across the globe have come together to showcase their best work in kitchen design through the annual competition. “It’s a platform where they can create powerful connections and elevate their career with the best of the best in kitchen design around the globe,” said the brands in a statement about the cross-continental tradition.
First launched in 1993, the design content has garnered a reputation as being one of the most coveted wins in the professional home design category. Participants of the competition are often lauded for their contributions in the advancement of kitchen design.

This year, professional kitchen designers, architects, interior designers, builders, remodelers, landscape designers and landscape architects in the Philippines are invited once again to showcase their best work. In total, there have been 12 competitions, with the Philippines proudly winning thrice in a row in past years. IDr. Cara Marcelo won the International Category Award for Best Kitchen Design in the 2004-2005 Kitchen Design Contest, while the highly esteemed Arch. Ed Calma won twice—bringing the honor back home during the 2006-2007 and 2008-2009 runs. In addition, he was awarded first place during the 2008-2009 Kitchen Design Contest for his Contemporary Kitchen. Are you the next Philippine victor to join the ranks of such revered industry names?
