Solenn Heussaff Bolzico is a jack of all trades, and is slowly proving to be a master of all of them too.
The model, actress, and visual artist has just released her second art exhibit Kalsada, a project done alongside her three-year-old nephew Kaeden. The said passion project was unveiled last October 19 , and in attendance was none other than Solenn’s husband Nico Bolzico.
“I tried to represent Filipinos from all over the Philippines in Kalsada,” shares Solenn. “We really wanted this exhibit to be inspired by the Philippines and all the Filipinos around us.”
“The series of paintings we came up with are all so colorful, even if some of the surroundings and expressions are quite sad. It was actually Kaeden who used so much color, and I guess it kind of makes you appreciate how children naturally see things in a positive way. And that’s why I did this with him—so our people’s stories can be brought to life in a much brighter light,” ends Solenn.
Kalsada will be available for free viewing until November 5 at Provenance Art Gallery in Shangri-La, The Fort.
