Samba The Night Away

Samba, Shangri-la at the Fort’s newest dining destination opened with a sizzling array of Peruvian fare that created a gastronomic sensation last November 9. VIP guests were treated to some of Samba’s mouth-watering delights such as Ceviche Limeno, Causa Limena, Anticucho de Pulpo, Lomo Saltado, Arroz con Mariscos, Pargo al Horno and Parihuela created by Latin America’s Best Chef Carlo Huerta Echegaray.

Artist Dee Jae Pa’este created his mind blowing murals on the spot while DJ Mia Ayesa kept the party going with her unique spin on Latin and EDM tracks that kept the guests partying all through the night with their favorite bubblies and customized drinks on hand. Seen at the celebration were Heather and William Mahi, Ingrid Chua, Freddie and Kaye Tinga, Ana de Ocampo, Macky Fah, Dennis Lustico, Candy Dizon, Rima Ostwani, and Stylish siblings Czarina Syquia and Jun Jun Ablaza.
