Burgers on the Go: 3 Reasons to Visit the New Raging Bull Burgers -

Ranging Bull Burgers

Raging Bull Burgers has recently opened at Shangri-La at the Fort under Chef de Cuisine Nathan Griffin. The British national who also helms the restaurant Raging Bull Chophouse & Bar serves speciality burgers with inventive flavours, chargrilled and topped with locally found fresh produce. Best paired with a small town favourite drinks like a sweet milkshake, an ice cold Pilsner beer or a shot of good ole American Bourbon, Raging Bull Burgers is the new cool kid on the block worth visiting.

1. Patties are made from the finest beef cuts

Chef Griffin practices nose-to-tail butchery at his Raging Bull establishments. Patties from the new burger joint are grounded daily and are taken from choice cuts of brisket, rump and wagyu before marinated in an original seasoning. Beef used are premium Australian and American cuts, from high quality grained-fed and grass-fed cows.

2. The burgers have inventive flavours with creative names

Burger choices at Raging Bull vary from creative to unexpected, making us want to try each flavour in an ultimate taste test. There is the Kick-Ass comprised of a 1/3 pounder Angus beef patty, iceberg lettuce, tomato, dill pickle and Ranging Bull sauce. A spin on the sinful wagyu craze has happened through the Raging Wagyu, a burger with a 1/3 pounder Australian Wagyu beef patty, braised onions, chill chutney, lettuce, tomato and dill pickle.

The Mighty Beast takes its form in a 1/3 pound Angus beef patty, griddle maple bacon, aged cheddar, spicy beer mustard sauce, lettuce, tomato and dill pickle. For lighter (but inventive fare) the Naked Fish is suggested. It is an Asian-inspired burger with a steamed bun, crispy fried grouper fillet as an alternative to the beef patty, nikkei tarter sauce and criolla,

3. There’s a variety of homemade sauces to choose from

Go crazy with a variety of special homemade sauces by Chef Griffin and his team to go over your burgers. The Raging Bull Barbecue is recommended, especially when drinking shots of bourbon, to recall the Old American South. The You’re So Damn Hot sauce can perhaps be paired with the lighter options such as the Naked Fish. El Mayo Clasico seems fitting with any burger, maybe even more so when partnered with a side of french fries. There are no rules to a good sauce.

Ranging Bull Burgers is located at Ground Level of the Shangri-La at the Fort complex along 30th Street corner 4th Avenue
