New Auction House On The Block -

Casa de Memoria, a new auction house specializing in curating European and Asian antiquities and heirlooms that have been passed down from generation to generation made its debut in the highly competitive world of Art in the country with an exhibit that focused mainly on religious, contemporary and modern pieces personally curated by Angelique Lhuillier Miranda and her team.

The first auction held last May 28 at the main hall of Casa de Memoria was a resounding success having sold pieces such as a 19th century oil painting of Madonna and child, a 20th century oil painting by Spanish painter Ricardo Cejudo Nogales, and an untitled work by one of Portugal’s most prolific artists, Artur Bual.

Art aficionados Allana Montelibano, Nicole Whisenhunt, Jenny Yrasuegui, Reagan Young, Marken Aboitiz, Ferdi Salvador and Michael Hearn along with the Lhuillier family headed by Ambassador Philippe Jones Lhuillier, Andre Lhuillier, Christine Lhuillier Limjoco, Jacqueline and Clinton Hess made the event more special with their presence.

Casa de Memoria is located at the corner of Jupiter and Comet St. in Bel-Air, Makati.
