Moncler and Unicef Warm Hearts This Winter -

Some good news to brighten your day: a number of underprivileged children from different parts of the world will no longer have to wake up shivering from the harsh cold. This huge sigh of relief is thanks to the initiative ‘WARMLY MONCLER FOR UNICEF’ which aims to provide clothing and dedicated winter kits to children and other underprivileged families across the globe.

Moncler, the luxury Italian apparel house known for their down jackets and sportswear, has teamed up with Unicef to bring about this philanthropic mission to keep hearts warm this winter one underprivileged family at a time.

“UNICEF has always played a fundamental role in safeguarding lives of millions of children in the world and to be by their side in this project, is a source of great honour and pride for Moncler”, says President and CEO of Moncler, Remo Ruffini.

With almost millions of children around the world in dire need of support in the form of basic necessities such as food, water, shelter, adequate clothing, and health care, Unicef and Moncler took it upon themselves to act on this problem, most especially during the winter season where conditions are at its harshest. When survival is the name of the game especially for those who have less than the baseline, immediate action becomes a necessity.

So far, ‘WARMLY MONCLER FOR UNICEF’ is being put into fruition effectively. A number of families living in emergency areas have already received items such as thermal blankets, scarves, gloves, shoes, socks, and jackets, to name a few. They have also been given necessities such as fuel for heating, food, medicine, and clean water.

It’s initiatives like this that is slowly restoring our faith in humanity. It’s about time we go into full throttle and warm the Earth—not with carbon, but with kindness.
