Tony Award winner Lea Salonga, Broadway star Eric Kunze and Award winning actress Cris Villonco along with the exceptional cast of Fun Home brought the house down with their powerful and riveting performance on Opening Night.
The Tony Award winning musical based on Alison Bechdel’s best-selling graphic memoir, FUN HOME features music by Jeanine Tesori and book and lyrics by Lisa Kron made its International Premiere in Manila last November 10 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium in RCBC Plaza.
Bobby Garcia directed this heart-wrenching musical with care and precision that allowed his actors to tell the story in the most poignant and incandescent manner. Bobby shares, “Dreams do come true, It is an honor to be able to stage FUN HOME in Manila with this stellar cast. It is a ground breaking and trailblazing musical that needs to be seen by audiences all over the world.”
FUN HOME plays a limited run of 18 shows from November 10 – 27, 2016 at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza, Makati.
