The facility now boasts an innovative new interior design, state-of-the-art diagnostics tests and well-appointed spaces for lounging while patrons have their cars examined. They use a modern diagnosis system 

Built within the guidelines of Ferrari and Maserati’s policy of innovation and luxury, the latest service center has updated their equipment and services to fit the needs of any automobile lover. Spread upon the 1,000sqm space are four new lifters, two service pits, five open work bays, two clean rooms for car assembly and official diagnostic equipment issued by the two brands. The space can accommodate service to up 25 vehicles. Top-notch technology was developed to create the diagnostics tool that can easily detect the car’s complications in a matter of minutes. When a vehicle arrives for inspection, it is plugged into the tool where it immediately lists any necessary upgrades and updates the system may need. Before being sent back to its owner, an extensive Pre-Delivery inspection is done to ensure that the vehicle returns in tip top shape.

All their car technicians are specially trained 

Extensive training is a requirement to become a technician at the service center. Each technician and mechanic must be factory-trained and certified by underdoing strict training to guarantee flawless results. Each applicant must undertake 25 online modules where they are tested on everything from the description of the car models, how to operate the diagnostics tool, learn how to work Ferrari online systems and have an extensive knowledge of the electrical components of the car. After hiring, it is mandatory that each mechanic continue the learning process to remain proficient in the latest technologies that brand’s have to offer. Workshops are then offered to put practice into theory.

Regular check-ups are convenient 

Both car brands offer impressive warranties and service programs to keep their patron’s vehicles precise and healthy. Maserati offers a three-year service maintenance program and a three-year commercial warranty that can be extended up to five years. For cars sold after 2010, Ferrari offers a seven-year maintenance service. Newly restored lounges act as a waiting room for patron’s to rub elbows and talk fast cars. Light woods, leather couches and automobile memorabilia gives car lovers the ideal waiting room to appreciating their babies on the other side of the glass window.
