The Raffles Hotel’s signature French restaurant Mireio has been getting good reception due to its Provençal-inspired cuisine and excellent service. The hotel has announced that Mireio Terrace (the rooftop bar that sits on top of the brasserie) is launching a new Happy Hour entitled La Vie en Rosé from September 1 until November 30. Inspired by the French Riviera, guests can enjoy the sunset while sipping on variations of cocktails infused with South of France favorite drink Rosé. We list down three cocktails you should order when enjoying the Raffles Hotel’s La Vie en Rosé Happy Hour.
The La Vieux Port may look like your typical frozen cocktails, but Mireio married their French roots with the trendy and famous Frosé. Order the La Vieux Port while enjoying long conversations with the girls after a long day of roaming the city.
Do you like it shaken or stirred? James Bond’s favorite cocktail, which is typically known for using vodka or gin as a base, takes on a new turn adding the Provençal favorite Rosé. Drink the Provençal Martini for a night where you feel like a British spy visiting France on a secret mission.
The Rosé Spritz is a twist on the wine-based cocktail traditionally served with Prosecco (or a white wine), Aperol and a splash of soda water. The Mireio Terrace concoction is something new, adding the rose flavor to delightful effect. It is best enjoyed watching the sun disappear on a hot day.
La Vie en Rosé is available from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily at PHP 895. For more information and reservations, please call 795 0707 or email [email protected].
