Dramatic rose-tinted lighting from the 360 colored pillow lights of the Marriot Grand Ballroom set the mood for an evening celebrating love and the idea of forever. Fashion aficionados scurried to occupy the bleacher seats that could accommodate a thousand, hoping for the best view of the latest bridal couture creations of Cary Santiago, Francis Libiran, Mark Bumgarner and Ryan Madamba. Down the white runway walked the fashion designer’s regular muses. The audience was in awe of the different versions and styles the classic wedding dress can take form in. As the show concluded, friends swarmed onto the stage to congratulate each artist for their months of hard work. The night carried on to a party that replicated the best the Marriott has to offer. Tiers upon tiers of wedding cakes impressed guests, especially the First Dance cake which was covered in hand painted sugar butterflies and rose petals topped with the silhouette of a couple and chandelier.
